AIvideo provides an AI-powered video generation service that creates hug and kiss videos from photos you upload. You may upload a combined photo or two separate individual photos. The service allows you to preview the generated result before unlocking the full video.

3. User Responsibilities

By using this service, you confirm that:

• You own or have explicit permission to use all photos you upload
• All individuals depicted in uploaded photos have consented to their likeness being used for video generation
• You will not upload photos of minors without parental consent
• You will not use the service to create content that is defamatory, harassing, or violates any applicable law
• You are at least 18 years of age, or have parental/guardian consent

4. Payments & Refunds

Certain features require payment to unlock. All payments are final. We do not offer refunds once a video has been successfully generated and delivered. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery of your result, please contact us within 7 days at nezukomainecoon@gmail.com.

5. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading photos, you grant AIvideo a limited, non-exclusive license to process them solely for the purpose of generating your requested video. Generated videos are provided for your personal use. You may not resell or redistribute generated videos for commercial purposes without our written consent.

6. Prohibited Uses

You may not use this service to:

• Create non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) or deepfakes intended to harm individuals
• Generate content involving minors in any inappropriate context
• Impersonate public figures or celebrities in a misleading or defamatory manner
• Violate any applicable local, national, or international law
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the service infrastructure

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that generated results will meet your expectations. AI-generated content may occasionally produce imperfect or unexpected results.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AIvideo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data or reputational harm.
